1.About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit One Pickleball Hub Bacolod ("the Hub", "we", "us") in Atis, Bacolod City, and when you use our website, check-in kiosk, live court board, and the One Pickleball Hub mobile app (together, "the Services").

By registering, checking in, booking a court, or using the Services, you agree to these terms, the Facility Waiver you accept at registration, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2.Your account

  • Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Your QR code is personal. Do not share it or check in on behalf of someone else.
  • A parent or legal guardian must register a player under 18 and accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.

Your public display name is shown on the live board and in the app. It must not be offensive, impersonate someone, or include contact details. We check display names automatically and may change or remove one that breaks this rule.

3.Facility waiver

Before you play, you accept the Facility Waiver, Release of Liability and Rules of Play shown at registration. It forms part of these terms. It covers assumption of risk, medical fitness, conduct on court, personal belongings, and photos taken at the venue.

4.Check-in and open play

  • Check in at the kiosk or in the app with your QR code before joining open play.
  • The queue decides who plays next. Courts rotate automatically, and the board calls your group when a court opens.
  • Groups may be formed by skill level or the match preferences you choose. The queue does its best to match you, but a perfect match is not guaranteed.
  • You can pause or leave the queue at any time. Pausing keeps your place for later, within the limits the staff set.

Away rule: when the venue turns it on, the app checks whether you are still at the venue while you wait in the queue. If you leave the venue for more than 20 minutes while queued, you may be removed from the queue.

Challenges: you may invite another player to join your next game. A challenge only happens if the invited player accepts. The combined group takes the later of the two queue spots, so nobody moves ahead by challenging.

Staff may change court assignments, rotation, or play time at any time for fairness, safety, events, or maintenance.

5.Court bookings

  • Bookings are subject to availability and to the booking window set by the Hub.
  • Pay for your booking at the front desk unless we tell you otherwise.
  • Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show rules are posted at the front desk and apply to every booking.

We may move or cancel a booking for safety, maintenance, weather affecting outdoor courts, or events. If we cancel, we will offer another time or a refund of any amount you paid for that booking.

6.Fees, pro shop, and rentals

Current rates for open play, bookings, coaching, and rentals are posted at the venue and may change. Prices in effect when you pay apply.

Pro shop items and rental equipment are paid at the front desk. Return rentals in the condition you received them. You may be charged for loss or damage beyond normal wear.

7.Conduct at the Hub

  • Wear non-marking court shoes.
  • Keep food, drinks, and glass off the courts.
  • Follow staff instructions and posted rules.
  • Share courts fairly and respect other players, staff, and equipment.

Abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior, or misuse of the queue or booking system, may lead to removal from the venue and suspension of your account, without refund.

8.Website and app

Live court times and wait estimates are shown in good faith but can change. Do not rely on them as exact.

Do not interfere with, copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Services, or use them for anything unlawful. We may update, pause, or stop any part of the Services.

The app is offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and their terms also apply to your download.

9.Photos and media

Photos or video may be taken at open play and events and used to promote the Hub. If you do not want to appear, tell the front desk.

10.Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may ask us to close your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

11.Our responsibility to you

Pickleball carries an inherent risk of injury. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, the Hub is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the venue or the Services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Services are provided as they are. We are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet outages.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or at the venue. Using the Services after a change means you accept it.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Bacolod City.
